Shipping policy
Your order is immediately queued for production as soon as we receive it. It will typically take 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to complete the manufacturing and have your order ready to ship. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
We use courier delivery with tracking for our shipping. For most countries we ship to, it will take 10 to 16 days from the time the order leaves our production facility to when it is delivered to you. This delivery time is not guaranteed as it depends on third-party delivery services and can be impacted by factors beyond our control.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping Cost
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to the requirements by our courier delivery partners, we currently do NOT ship to P.O boxes.
Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Tariffs
Your order may be subject to VAT or other import duties, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Launch Tabletop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Checking the status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@launchtabletop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Order cancellations
Since all orders are immediately queued for production, all cancellations must be submitted within 1 hour of the order placement. To cancel your order, please submit your request to support@launchtabletop.com.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition and that the mounting system has not been used. All returns must be sent at the customer’s cost.

Upon receipt of your package, you will be contacted via email to confirm that your order has been cancelled. All refunds (full or partial) will be for the order amount only, excluding the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@laucnhtabletop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
